What to Expect When Visiting Our Studios

We have taken measures to adapt our operational procedures to life with COVID-19. 
These adjustments will vary as part of local government requirements to operate our studios. 

Increased Disinfecting
​(All Studios)

Hygiene is of the utmost importance to us 

at Uni K Wax. 

We will increase the frequency of disinfecting and cleaning of all high touch areas and wax rooms.

Proof of Vaccination or Mask Required
(New York Studios)

Proof of vaccination is required for all services or a mask must be worn at all times in-studio. Proof of vaccination can be a CDC vaccination card, Excelsior Pass, Excelsior Pass Plus or a SMART Health Card (issued outside of New York State).

Cancellation Policy
​(All Studios)

 As a courtesy, we ask our Customers that Service cancellations be made at least five hours prior to a scheduled appointment.

No-Show Policy

​(All Studios)

 Customers who fail to cancel their appointment will fall under a No-Show list. After 2 No- Shows you will be required to maintain a credit card on file.  Click here to learn more.

A Reminder of Our One Wax Guarantee

We also wanted to take this time to remind you of our One Wax Guarantee. This has always been the norm at Uni K Wax but in a time where cleanliness is so important, we wanted to reiterate what you can always count on from us. Our One Wax Guarantee is a commitment that every customer receives their own wax warmer, individually prepared for them. After each service, the wax warmer is taken to our in-studio wax lab for the remaining wax to be discarded and the wax warmer is then disinfected by our Lab Technician.

We recently launched our new Uni K Wax app where you will be able to automatically check-in, fill out your customer information form and 

wax & go with autopay. 


Additionally, all customers can pay with a contactless payment method like Apple Pay, Google Pay & Tap to Pay when checking out.
